I design and build these DAVEWAVE units to pull moisture from basements, so metal shelves, appliances and such don't rust out from high humidity. They have a humidistat on them so they shut off automatically.  This product produces no moisture. There is no bucket to empty.  It cost pennies a day to operate. You use a dryer vent attachment to push the moist air outside.  They new air drawn into the room needs to be from a conditioned space for this method to be effective. 80 - 120 CFM
